Local Storage Only: All your data is stored locally on your device. EVSim does not transmit your location data, trip data, or any personal information to external servers or third parties.
No Cloud Sync: Your trip data remains on your device and is not backed up to any cloud service by EVSim.

Location Permission
EVSim requires "Always" location permission to:
- Track your trip in real-time while you're driving
- Continue tracking when the app is in the background

You can revoke location permission at any time through your device settings, but this will prevent EVSim from functioning properly.
Data Retention
Trip data is stored on your device until you manually delete the app. You can clear app data at any time by:
- Deleting and reinstalling the app
- Clearing app data through iOS Settings
There is no automatic data deletion as all data remains local to your device.
Children's Privacy
EVSim is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us.
Your Rights
